Power Supplies for RADWAG Balances and Scales

We offer the SYS-1544-2415-T3-HRP Power Adapter for scales and four models of intrinsically safe power supply for Ex scales. The SYS-1544-2415-T3-HRP Power Adapter fits HRP platforms: powder coated and stainless steel as well as modules: MWSH and MWLH.

The certified PM01.EX Intrinsically Safe Power Supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HX5.EX terminal. It fits platform scales, including but not limited to stainless steel platform scales – pit version, as well as stainless stell ramp scales, stainless steel pallet scales and beam scales. 1. PM01.EX-1 – power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:

• Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
• Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.

2. PM01.EX-2 – power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:

• Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
• Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.

The certified PM02.EX Intrinsically Safe Power Supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HRP.EX terminal. It fits HRP and HRP EX platforms high capacity as well as stainless steel HRP.H and HRP EX.H platforms. It comes in two versions:

1. PM02.EX-1-2 – power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:

• Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
• Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.

2. PM02.EX-2-2 – power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:

• Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
• Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.

Powerbanks for RADWAG Balances

The company offers two powerbanks for balances: ZR-04/1 and ZR-04/2. The ZR-04/1 Powerbank is used for rechargeable power supply for balances and scale accessories. It uses fast charging technology. It allows long operating time without recharging and, thanks to the “Low Power” function, powering devices with low power consumption.

The ZR-04 Powerbank is made of high-quality components that ensure reliable operation. A display indicating the state of charge enhances ergonomics. Powerbank ZR-04 meets airline standards, which means that it can be carried on board an airplane as hand luggage. The device can simultaneously power the balance/ scale and charge the internal battery.

The average power time of the balance/ scale is, depending on the product series, from 8 to as much as 24 hours.

The ZR-04/1 Powerbank fits 5Y series ultra-microbalances, microbalances, analytical balances, precision balances, medical scales, multifunctional scales, platform scales, pallet scales and beam scales. A full list of these devices can be found here.

The ZR-04/2 Powerbank has similar features, except that it fits other scales, namely multifunctional scales, including stainless steel ones. Among them are beam scales, pallet scales, platform scales and ramp scales. You can find a full list of these scales here.
